Lifetime channel Malaysia's booth at the Nuffnang Food Fest focused on breast cancer awareness in conjunction with pink October.
As baking partners of Lifetime channel Malaysia, we supplied mini cupcakes and macarons for the first ever Nuffnang Food Fest. Participants tweeted on their phones to redeem sweet treats. For each treat redeemed, Lifetime channel pledged RM1 to charity. A total of RM1146 was raised for breast cancer welfare charity on that day.
Besides raising funds for charity, participants could also get creative and try their hand at cupcake decorating at the booth. We supplied the cupcakes, tools and ingredients for the participants.
